We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by lush fields filled with adorable sheep. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our room was always tidy and well-stocked with amenities like 

The breakfast is delicious and great, enjoyed bread and fruit. The units are perfect, outstanding. The hotel offers stunning and brilliant location not far from the castle and ferry to Ambelside.

It is 5 mins by foot from the bus station. Everything is perfect, the room is airy with very COMFORTABLE beds, a delighful breakfast, as example.

Everything was great, so were gorgeous views of the hills. The room was gorgeous and immaculate and had a convenient interior. Its incredible, secluded location was a plus.

It's a lovely old hotel, the staff are great and the breakfast is delicious! The location is stunning and amazing, 2 km from Latterbarrow Hill. It is found in a lovely area just next door to a working farm in between Hawkshead & Ambleside, the

The location was magnificent and beautiful, not far from the garden, the Lakes and a working farm in a lovely situation. Superbly friendly staff gave advice on things to do.

They gave a triple room with comfortable bed and a view of the hills plus good bathroom as we booked. We walked everywhere, the location was stunning, in central Lakes.

Generous and delicious breakfast for the start of the day with local food and delicious cakes. Spotless and en suite room, efficient staff, free parking.

high wray farm bed & breakfast in ambleside was even better than my last stay! the warm welcome, homemade cakes, and cosy lounge made me feel right at home. the beautiful bedroom with a view of the hills and the comfortable bed ensured

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. its location on the south side of Windermere was perfect for me as I wanted to explore the picturesque town nearby. The hotel was easy to find, tucked away in lovely little lanes and surrounded by amazing fields. 

Nice comfy base for travelling to Ambleside and exploring local places. Superfriendly staffs, gave a few recommendations. Very impressed with king room with a view of the hills. Beautiful area, secluded location close enough to a working farm in between Hawkshead
